    The drug formulary (the list of drugs we cover) is available online at our Plan Information Tool. Just enter your ZIP code, pick a plan and select “find prescriptions.” You can search for any prescription to see coverage and costs, as well as any available generic equivalent.

    Yes! FirstMedicare Direct POS Standard and SmartHMO plans include virtual coverage, like the ability to talk with a primary care provider virtually for routine wellness visits, preventive care and chronic care. Get unlimited visits at no additional cost. Additional virtual visit benefits vary by plan. For questions and enrollment, call (800) 400-6354 (TTY 711).

    Yes! FirstMedicare Direct POS Standard and SmartHMO plan members save money with the new over-the-counter (OTC) supplemental benefit. Receive a quarterly benefit to purchase OTC products at participating retailers nationwide and online from a catalog with hundreds of products to choose from.     Yes! The POS Standard plan includes our Be Fit program, offering a $360/year benefit to use on a variety of fitness activities. Our SmartHMO plan includes no-cost access to a variety of fitness options and community events. Benefits vary by plan, so check your Summary of Benefits for more details.

    Our FirstMedicare Direct POS Standard and SmartHMO plans include full member access to hally.com (no login required). At hally.com, you’ll find health tools, tips and resources, like free fitness and cooking classes. You can also access your plan coverage anytime, anywhere with your secure Hally® account on the MyChart app.
